My husband loves Chicago steakhouses. I’m not going to lie, I do too – sometimes there’s just nothing better than a hunk of red meat and lots of butter.  With a new baby its going to be a while until we get out for a night on the town so I figured I would make a few of the steakhouse sides at home- like Garlic Lemon Spinach. Garlic Lemon Spinach Recipe

Garlic Lemon Spinach Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds fresh spinach, washed and dried
1 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon

Directions

Add oil to a large sauteed pan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute until cooked, not browned. Add spinach and saute for 3 minutes or so. Be sure to keep a close eye on it because it cooks fast! Remove spinach from pan with a slotted spoon, dress with the juice from the lemon and enjoy!
